You’re right though – accept yourself – who you are – and build on your strengths – and finally, I’ve come to realize that is the key to a successful life and happy life – don’t try to be a mushroom! Be the oak tree you were always meant to be! Enjoy the ride and get others to see the beauty and strength building who and what you are. I’ve done it for others; now I’m doing it for myself! It worked when I helped others do it so it will work for me too – finally, I see it – finally I believe it! finally, I get it!!!!

Thank you for the analogy between a mushroom and an oak tree! Vive la difference! Never quite understood that line in French until now – my difference is important to myself and my world – let it grow and thrive as it should!
